On the walls of the room there are photographs of sculptures by Auguste Rodin: "Eternal Spring", "Cupid and Psyche", "Romeo and Juliet", "The Poet and the Muse" — they were in the collection of Stepan Petrovich Eliseev (who owned the mansion before the revolution), who was personally acquainted with the sculptor.
According to Rodin's sketch, a portrait of Varvara Sergeevna Eliseeva, Stepan Petrovich's wife, was also created.
Nine of the ten sculptures stored and presented in the Hermitage exposition came to the museum in 1923 from the house of Stepan Petrovich Eliseev.
