On Wednesday, 26 June, 2013, the Taleon Imperial Hotel and MediaBuzz Communications Agency will be holding a workshop given by Maarten Bogaerts, one of the leading experts in events management etiquette and protocol. The workshop will highlight the key principles needed for success; and is aimed at PR and event managers, as well as banquet services specialists in hotels and restaurants.

Maarten Bogaerts is a recognised expert in the field of etiquette and protocol. He has worked for a number of royal families, embassies, private estates, five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Maarten runs Bogarts Butlers, an advisory company offering ideas and training to improve the quality of service in private houses, yachts, hotels and restaurants.

Maarten will be looking in detail at the ways in which professionals can work with guests at all stages of event organisation: choosing the date, time and place of the event, working out the programme, preparing a workforce, and evaluating the effectiveness of what is being planned for an event.
