On April, the 27th, 2009 an annual meeting of the Russian department of the International Union of Concierges U.I.C.H. (Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hôtels) «Les Clefs d’Or» took place in Marriott Royal Aurora in Moscow. Such important issues as professional improvement and training of concierges as well as popularization of the profession were included into the agenda. Besides, the members of the Association were exchanging professional experience, achievements and news of the Hospitality Industry. Newcomers applying for membership were obliged to make an individual presentation of themselves and their hotels. In the result of voting of the active members of the Russian department of “Les Clefs d’Or” Veronica Vakhrameeva was accepted as a member and rewarded with the Golden Keys.

You can recognize Clefs d’Or concierges by the keys they display on the lapels of their uniforms. These crossed gold keys are more than just a symbol of the organization – they are the symbol of guaranteed, quality service and professionalism. The organization was founded in 1929 and represents over 3000 members from over 50 countries. The Russian department of "Les Clefs d'Or" has 12 members.
