Checking In and Out, and Paying for Services in Taleon Imperial Hotel

All prices in Taleon Imperial Hotel are listed in Russian Rubles.
You can pay cash or use a credit card to pay for the services.
The Hotel accepts payments with American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, and VISA.
Checking into Taleon Imperial Hotel requires presenting a passport or a military identification card.
The check-in time at Taleon Imperial Hotel is 2 p.m. on the day of confirming registration.
At registration the guest must confirm the payment by providing a cash deposit or a credit card deposit.  The amount of deposit is calculated based on the duration of the stay plus 20% of the fee for additional services.  If at the time of check-out the guest has not been exceeded, the remainder will be refunded in cash (in case of cash payments) or by returning the unused portion onto the credit card.
The check-out time at Taleon Imperial Hotel is 12 noon on the day of departure.  When the guest should depart late, additional fees will apply.  If the departure is delayed by up to 12 hours, ½ of the daily fee will be charged; if the departure is delayed by more than 12 hours, a full day’s payment will be charged.  If the guest should stay for less than 24 hours, he or she will in any case be required to pay for a whole day’s stay.

Guest Visits in Taleon Imperial Hotel and Guest Responsibilities

Visitors other than residents of Taleon Imperial Hotel are allowed without having to present their passports or military ID cards only by the hotel guest’s personal request, or when accompanied by the guest.
A lost card key can be replaced only upon the guest’s personal request.

The Guest Must

follow the rules and regulation of the hotel, keep his or her room clean, observe fire safety rules, and pay for any lost or damaged property of the hotel.

The Guest May Not

pass his or her room key to other people;
keep flammable or explosive materials in the room, or rearrange the furniture;
disturb other guests of the hotel.

No firearms (including traumatic guns) or cold steel is allowed at the hotel.  Guests with firearms may check it in a special safe upon presentation of the firearms permit. 
Guests are welcome to leave comments about the services at the hotel in a special requests book at the reception.

The room fee includes:

• inhabitancy in a room of a certain class;
• using TV (except paid channels);
• using the workout room;
• using health center services (except specialist services);
• daily evening service compliment;
• welcome gift;
• personal valet service.

The room fee does not include

any other services provided in Taleon Imperial Hotel or by the staff of the hotel, which are not listed in Section 9.  Extra services not included in the room fee are listed in information bulletins and registers of various hotel divisions (restaurants, bars, cafes, health center, workout room, and guest rooms of Taleon Imperial Hotel).

The following services are available on demand and free of charge:

• summoning an ambulance;
• using the hotel’s medical kit;
• delivery of correspondence to the room;
• wake-up calls.

Fire Safety and Electrical Equipment Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation route as shown on a poster in your room.
In case of a fire, do not use the elevator.
Walk to the nearest fire escape and go downstairs into the ground floor lobby.
Follow the instructions of the hotel staff who were specially trained to deal with emergencies.
In case of an emergency, push an alarm button in your room.
No heating devices or open fire is allowed anywhere in Taleon Imperial Hotel.
Sockets in rooms of Taleon Imperial Hotel have the voltage of 220 V, and bathroom sockets also have the 110 V voltage.
